Welcome Uniuyo semester results checker/ CGPA Computation: A lot of people throughout their stays in the University they never knew how to calculate their gpa at the end of a semester or at the end of every session in order to know their stand as per what they want or wish to graduate with. I was not excepted not until I discover the how to do it right.
Those who fall into these categories are basically Fresher’s, 200level and a few numbers of students from other years.
This post tends to highlight why you need to calculate your GPA every session or perhaps every semester. and how to calculate it.

First Step: Check uniuyo semester results at http://epromac.com.ng/checkresult/index.php
Quality point(QP) is calculated by multiplying the grade point by the credit hour/credit load unit of the course i.e(Grade Point x CH). For instance: if a student scores 50% in an examination which is a C with grade point of 3, and if the course credit hour or credit load is 3 then the student's Quality Point(QP) is 3 X 3 = 9. If the score is 70% which is A grade with grade point of 5, the QP will be 5 X 3, likewise if the score is less than 40% which is F grade, with grade point of 0, the QP will be 0 X 3, etc.

SECOND STEP: check uniuyo semester results http://epromac.com.ng/
The Grade Point Average(GPA) for a semester is obtained by calculating all the various quality point(QP) for every course registered for and taken by the student for a particular semester. The GPA is then computed by dividing the total semester quality point(QP) by total semester credit hour unit(CH). For example,if a student registered for 6 courses for example as indicated below:

CGPA = 4.10

The end-of-course grades assigned by lecturers are intended to convey the level of achievement of each student in the class.
These grades are used to make a multitude of decisions. Unless a sufficiently accurate and efficient method is used for the grading, the grades are apt to convey misinformation and lead the decision-maker astray.

In itself, the processing of results is found to be rather tedious, especially when carried out manually, and when the number of students is large. It is time-consuming and error prone.
The process, however, becomes a lot easier and much more accurate when carried out with a computer running a suitable software application. To find a sufficiently fast and accurate method of carrying out this processing is a problem that is both challenging and interesting.
This computer software was developed to facilitate the automated processing of the results.
